Michael graduated from Drexel University in 2003. During his studies at Drexel he did a co-op in Boulder, Colorado and studied a semester abroad in London where his love for travel began. Michael had a passion for music, enjoying shows, concerts and festivals. His love for snowboarding and the outdoors took him on many snowboarding trips with close friends and family. Michael was an avid soccer player and a Philadelphia sports fan.
Michael lived and worked in Philadelphia, the city he loved. He was a senior associate IT consultant at Grant Thornton, LLP. He bought a home in Fishtown, renovated it with his father and loved being a part of the revitalization of that area.
Michael was truly an amazing person. He was and forever will be loved by so many people. Michael was such a gentle, kind, intelligent and compassionate person. He made a positive impact on all who knew him. We have heard from so many people that knew Michael, some for a short time and others much longer. They all pretty much say the same thing...how better their lives are for having known him and he will live on in our hearts forever . Michael loved life, and his life was taken much too soon. He had so much more to give.
As on of Michael's friends summarized it, " so many of us would aspire to live a life like Michael's."
